At National Grid, we’re building a smarter, stronger and cleaner energy system to advance economy-wide electrification, support our customers’ clean energy choices, and help out states meet their net zero targets.
My work as a lead designer included modernizing an inspection tool used out in the field, working on a company-wide platform tool to allow for better community engagement, and modernizing an internal gas transmission tool.

Simplifying Complex Work for a Brighter Future
Recently, I had the opportunity to lead a talented design team in creating a community platform tool. This tool aimed to connect National Grid projects with the communities they impacted.
Our approach was simple yet effective. We crafted a research plan centered around user input, set up a data analytics platform, and most importantly, boosted community support by more than 15%.
In a nutshell, we combined user-focused research with innovative technology to strengthen the bond between National Grid initiatives and the communities they serve. Let's keep simplifying complexity for a brighter and more interconnected future!
